1. Acceptance
By registering and making payment, you accept all KPL rules, policies, and decisions.
2. Registration Fees & Refund Policy
- •Registration is considered confirmed only after successful payment.
- •After registration is confirmed, the registration fee is strictly non-refundable.
Non-Refund Conditions
The registration fee will not be refunded in the following situations:
- •If the player is not selected in trials.
- •If the player remains unsold in the auction.
- •If the player withdraws after registration.
- •If incorrect information or documents are submitted.
- •If the player fails to appear for trials or matches.
3. Age & Documents
- •Correct age proof is compulsory
- •False documents = disqualification
- •No refund in case of wrong details
4. Online Payment Terms
- •Payments via website gateway
- •KPL not responsible for bank issues
- •Refunds not allowed after registration
- •Duplicate payment will be adjusted
5. Media Consent
Parents & players agree that:
- •Photos/videos can be used publicly
- •No royalty/claim on media
- •KPL owns event content rights
6. Match Rules
- •Umpire decision final
- •Code of conduct mandatory
- •Discipline violations may lead to ban
7. Liability
- •Player injuries
- •Loss of belongings
- •Weather disruptions
- •Personal travel
8. Schedule Changes
KPL can change:
- •Dates
- •Venues
- •Format
- •Teams
without prior notice.
9. Cancellation
- •Fees non-refundable
- •Event cancellation due to force majeure at KPL discretion
10. Website Usage
Users must not:
- •Copy content
- •Misuse photos
- •Post false info
